Are You Eating Enough Fibre?
Fibre keeps your digestive system running smoothly, boosts weight loss and even lowers the risk of diabetes and high cholesterol. It can even affect your energy levels, mood and overall health and wellbeing. But research shows that 80% of people in the UK are not eating enough fibre on a regular basis.
