Life Extension's VIP AutoShip is the easiest and most convenient way to receive your Life Extension® supplements. When you sign up for VIP AutoShip, your supplements will automatically be shipped to you every month on a date of your choosing — no more running out of your favorite supplements, no spending time to reorder online or by phone, and no waiting to get those multi-bottle discount prices!
How do I participate in VIP AutoShip?
Creating your VIP AutoShip is easy. You can either call toll-free 1-800-544-4440, or you can place an AutoShip order from any product page.
What are some of the Advantages of choosing VIP AutoShip?
Aside from the convenience of automatically receiving your supplements without having to reorder or miss a dose, VIP AutoShip also saves you money.
Free Shipping— Every VIP AutoShip order receives free standard shipping to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free standard shipping is good on any size order. Some other restrictions may apply.

How flexible is the VIP AutoShip program?
With VIP AutoShip, you can customize your deliveries to fit your needs using our intuitive VIP AutoShip Profile Manager. Add or delete products from your VIP AutoShip Profile, change your delivery address, payment information, and more.
All of your VIP AutoShip deliveries must ship out on the same date of the month, and you can easily specify the date most convenient for you through the VIP AutoShip Profile Manager.
You can stagger the frequency of certain products in your VIP AutoShip order based on when you'll need your next refill. Just specify which products you want shipped to you every month, every two months, six months, etc. For example, you can have a supplement that has a 30-day supply in each bottle ship each month, and a supplement that has a 60-day supply in each bottle ship every other month, and so on.
What if I change my mind about a product?
That's easy. You can add or delete any item online by accessing your VIP AutoShip Profile Manager, or calling us at 1-800-544-4440. If the product you no longer want has already shipped, that's not a problem, either. Life Extension® has 24-7 customer service waiting to take your call — and you can return any product within 12 months of the purchase date if you are unsatisfied in any way. Just return the product to us, and we will replace the product or credit your account.
Can I temporarily stop shipments if I plan to be out of town?
Absolutely. Suspending shipments is easy — you can call us at 1-800-544-4440 to suspend your deliveries, or log in and use the VIP AutoShip Profile Manager to deactivate the products in your VIP AutoShip order. When you're ready for your VIP AutoShip deliveries to resume, simply reactivate the products in your order. Or, if you know when you'll be returning, simply push out your next scheduled ship-out date to coincide with your schedule.
Can I set up re-occurring VIP AutoShip deliveries for myself and others, at different shipping addresses across the country?
Yes! With VIP AutoShip, you can have multiple ship-to addresses registered in your VIP AutoShip Profile Manager. Adding, deleting, and selecting ship-to addresses is easy — and as long as they're within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), each VIP AutoShip receives free standard shipping!
What are the costs of the VIP AutoShip program, and how much does shipping cost?
Nothing! VIP AutoShip is a 100% FREE service provided by Life Extension to our valued customers. Every VIP AutoShip delivery receives free standard shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Additional shipping charges will apply for shipments outside of the United States, or if you upgrade to expedited shipping. You can choose or change your preferred shipping method (free standard shipping or expedited shipping for an additional charge) through the VIP AutoShip Profile Manager or by calling us at 1-800-544-4440.
If my VIP AutoShip order includes an item that's on sale, will I get the sale price?
Yes! One of the benefits of VIP AutoShip is that you automatically receive the lowest available price that you are eligible to receive on the items which you have selected within the VIP AutoShip Profile Manager. For example, if one of the items you have selected for AutoShip during a particular month happens to be on sale, you'll receive the sale price.
With VIP AutoShip, you ALWAYS pay the lowest possible price for your Life Extension supplements.
What if a product I order is replaced with an updated formulation, or discontinued altogether?
At Life Extension, we constantly improve our innovative formulations. If a product you have selected for delivery in your VIP AutoShip Profile Manager is reformulated, you'll automatically get the latest version. If you do not wish to receive the latest version, you will need to call us at 1-800-544-4440.
If a product you order is discontinued, you will no longer receive it. You'll have to log in to our VIP AutoShip Profile Manager or call us at 1-800-544-4440 and select a replacement product.
How do I pay for my future VIP AutoShip orders?
We will keep your credit card(s) on file and charge it each time your VIP AutoShip order is processed. You can change your payment information anytime by logging in to our VIP AutoShip Profile Manager! If any issues arise and we cannot charge your credit card, we'll do our best to contact you regarding payment for your order. Sorry — we do not accept cash or COD with the VIP AutoShip program.
What if one of the products I've requested is out of stock on the date that my VIP AutoShip order is scheduled for delivery?
Your credit card is only charged for the items that we ship to you every month. If you have more than one product selected for VIP AutoShip delivery, but one of them is out of stock, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order.
When the out-of-stock item becomes available, you will be charged for only that item at that time, and your product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping costs, as long as it is within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). You will NOT have to wait for your next scheduled monthly ship-out date.
Will I still receive an order notification and a shipment notification via email?
Certainly! So be sure to provide us with an email address when you're setting up your VIP AutoShip. But even if you don't have an email address, don't worry — your order will still process and ship on your specified monthly ship-out date.
Are wholesalers eligible to use the VIP AutoShip service?
Yes. Wholesalers may use the VIP AutoShip service as well. However, wholesalers are NOT eligible for additional pricing discounts and shipping for wholesalers is restricted to the contiguous U.S. only. And customary wholesaler shipping charges will apply.
