Premier Program FAQs

A) Premier is a subscription-based Life Extension rewards loyalty program. You earn 4% LE Dollars back on eligible Life Extension purchases — twice as much as our free customer loyalty program. Premier participants also get unlimited free shipping within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. You get first dibs on sales, exclusive content, surprise gifts and more. Plus, your $49.95 annual program fee is offset by an instant $50 credit... which means there's zero cost to enroll!
A) LE Dollars are a form of credit you can use to purchase qualifying goods and services from Life Extension, such as products, lab tests, sale items and shipping fees. LE Dollars are redeemable at the rate of $1 LE Dollar = $1 Dollar US currency. Please note: LE Dollars have no actual cash value.
A) You earn LE Dollars on all your qualifying purchases, which include merchandise and services purchased directly from Life Extension. Note that shipping fees, Premier program fees, the purchase of gift cards, and any purchases made with LE Dollars or gift cards do not qualify for accrual of LE Dollars.
A) Redeeming your LE Dollars is simple. When you reach the method of payment page during online checkout, you'll have the option to redeem all or a portion of your already-accrued LE Dollars toward all or part of your qualifying purchase costs. If you're ordering by phone, simply tell your customer service representative that you'd like to redeem LE Dollars for all or part of your purchase.
A) You do NOT earn LE Dollars on shipping fees, Premier Premium Rewards fees, the purchase of gift cards, or on any portion of purchases made with a gift card or LE Dollars.
A) No. Because LE Dollars only accrue once your purchase has shipped, you can only use LE Dollars earned from your current order toward a future Life Extension purchase.
A) We'll automatically tally your LE Dollars for you, whether you order online or via phone. PLEASE NOTE: When you order online, you MUST log in at checkout to earn LE Dollars — customers who check out "as guest" will NOT accrue LE Dollars, even if they have an existing account with Life Extension. We will also send you a monthly LE Dollar statement via email.
A) Click the “Activate Now” button above, add it to your Cart at checkout, or call customer service. You'll receive an instant $50 credit upon sign-up and can immediately apply it to your current purchase, or save it for later. If your order is less than $50, the remaining credit will be saved in your account for future use.
A) No, you do not earn LE Dollars on Premier enrollment fees or shipping costs.
A) No. You can use LE Dollars towards product purchases, lab tests or shipping costs.
A) When your order is shipped and your method of payment is charged, you will see the LE Dollars earned for that transaction in your account. Your accrued LE Dollars are available for you to view on the “My Account” page.
A) No. Once you've earned your LE Dollars, they never expire.
A) No, LE Dollars may only be redeemed for qualifying purchases from Life Extension.
A) The Premier program costs $49.95 annually for US residents and varies for residents outside of the United States ordering directly from Life Extension. For a list of fees for Premier for international Life Extension customers serviced by specified distributors, please see the chart directly below the FAQ section of this page.
A) Your subscription will begin when you enroll in Premier and run for 12 months.
A) At checkout when Premier is in your cart, make sure “Yes” is selected for Auto-Renewal.
A) $60 LE Dollars will be instantly applied to your account once you’ve completed your Premier Rewards purchase.
A) You will be charged $49.95 for Auto-Renew on the day your Premier Rewards subscription was due to expire. We will notify you via email five days before your card will be charged. You can see your renewal date on your Account Options and My Life Extension pages. Note that upon being charged for Auto-Renew, your $60 LE Dollars will be applied to your account instantly.
A) When logged into your account, go to “Account Options” and click on “Premier Rewards.” Here you can deactivate Auto-Renew.
A) No. You will still be enrolled in Premier Rewards until that subscription expires. However, to remain in Premier Rewards, you will have to manually re-enroll after that term ends.
A) If you cancel Auto-Renew before it expires, we will debit the $10 LE Dollar bonus on a pro-rated basis.
