How many different supplements can I include on a Autoship & Save order? How many of each item can I order?
As many as you need. Simply specify the quantity of each item you want and how often you want them. With Autoship & Save you'll always get:
- The lowest available multi-bottle discount price on every Life Extension®
product with every Autoship order. Even if you order just one bottle,
you'll get the least expensive price per-piece automatically on every item, every time!
- FREE Standard Shipping & Handling with every Autoship order … regardless of
order size, as long as it's shipped within the contiguous U.S.
- The most recently enhanced version of a product with each shipment.
How flexible is the program?
The Autoship & Save program is very flexible. You choose the day of the month and the monthly interval for which you want your product(s) delivered. For example, you may want to have your order of Life Extension Mix ship every 30 days (the total days' supply in each bottle based on suggested dosage).You may want to also have your Curcumin Elite shipped every 60 days. It's all up to the schedule you choose! Note: your Autoship orders will still ship out on the same day of the month every month. You can change the shipment day of the month, put shipments on hold, skip a month, or cancel future Autoship orders at any time. What's more, standard shipping and handling (contiguous U.S. only) is FREE with every Autoship & Save order!
What if I change my mind about a product?
That’s easy. Add or delete any item from your shipment at any time. Once you receive a product, then our standard customer return policy applies: if you are unsatisfied in any way, return your purchase within 12 months of the purchase date, and we will replace the product or credit your account.
Can I temporarily stop shipments if I plan to be out of town?
Absolutely. Call and place a temporary stop on your order and indicate when you want to resume.
Suppose I want to order some vitamins for myself and others for a family member across the country?
You always have the option to set up recurring shipments to multiple locations or multiple recipients.
How much will the shipping cost?
As part of our Autoship & Save, standard shipping and handling within the contiguous United States is FREE with every Autoship & Save order. Shipping charges will apply for shipments outside the U.S., or if you upgrade to expedited shipping. You do have the flexibility to determine how you want your orders to ship when you set up your Autoship & Save order. You can also change the shipping method on future orders at any time. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-678-8989 if you have questions regarding shipping charges.
If my order coincides with a sale, will I get sale prices?
One of the benefits of the Autoship & Save is that you automatically receive the lowest available price that you are eligible for on the items you’ve selected. For example, if one of the items is on sale when your order processes, you will get the sale price.
What if a product I order is replaced with a new formulation or is discontinued?
If there is a new formulation, but the original still exists, we will continue to send the original formulation unless you call to specifically request the new version. If there is a new formulation and the original is no longer available, we will automatically send the new version. If an item is discontinued, you’ll no longer receive it — and you’ll need to tell us if you want to replace it with something else.
How do I pay for my future Autoship & Save orders?
We will keep your payment method on file for this and future Autoship & Save orders. If your payment is declined, we’ll contact you for additional information. Please note: Life Extension does not accept checks or cash on delivery (COD).
What if one of the products I’ve requested is out of stock at the time scheduled for my Autoship & Save order?
We’ll go ahead and ship the rest of your order. Your credit card will only be charged for items shipped. When the out-of-stock item becomes available, you will be charged only for that item with no additional shipping charge to you.
Will I still receive an order notification and a shipment notification via email?
Certainly, so be sure to provide us with an email address. But even if you don’t have one, your order will still process and ship on time.

You save time from not having to order items that you use every day, you will never run out of the products that are shipped to you as part of this program, and you no longer have to stockpile products, since you will receive them on a regular basis.
