Ordering lab tests through Life Extension is a straightforward, three‐step process. Simply place your order, and we’ll send you a requisition you can take to a nearby Labcorp.** Once your sample is collected, the lab will process it. For your convenience, results are sent directly to you. When they come in, give us a call. Our Wellness Specialists are available 7 days a week to review your results and answer your questions – for free.

1 Order the Lab Test Kit
2 Take your form to a local lab or collect sample at home (e.g. saliva, breath, etc)
3 Follow up for FREE with a Life Extension Wellness Specialist at 1-800-266-2370, or discuss results with your doctor

**Lab tests are available in the continental United States and Anchorage, AK only. Not available in MD. Residents of select states (NY, NJ, RI and MA) may not have their blood drawn at LabCorp, but optional services may be available; for details, call us at 1‐800‐208‐3444.

No. As part of your test price, we provide an order from a licensed doctor in your state through our network.

Can I use my insurance?

No. All laboratory testing must be privately paid for at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards and checks. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance companies. Also, we are unable to provide ICD-10 or CPT codes or our Tax ID number.
