International Shipping and Ordering Information

Additional terms and conditions for orders containing age-restricted items: The State of New York restricts the sale and delivery of certain dietary supplements for weight loss or muscle building to residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Our carriers, however, require a signature upon delivery by an adult aged 21+. A $9 fee will be added to each shipment that requires this verification, including to customers who have AutoShip & Save subscriptions and/or participate in Premier Rewards. To accept the delivery of an age-restricted product, an adult must show a valid government-issued photo identification to verify their legal age. If an adult is not available, the delivery service will re-attempt delivery or hold the package at the local delivery facility for up to ten (10) calendar days. To retrieve your package from the local delivery facility, you will be asked to show proof of residence and a valid government-issued photo identification. If your package is not picked up within ten (10) calendar days, it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to exclude shipping fees and surcharges from any order refund if a return occurs because an adult signature could not be obtained.
