LE Rewards costs vary based on the program you choose:

LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS customers earn 3 points for every dollar spent on Life Extension products. It costs $19.95 per year with an instant 2,000-point welcome credit valued at $20 and LE Rewards PREMIER ELITE customers earn 4 points for every dollar spent on Life Extension products and costs $49.95 per year with a 5,000-point instant credit valued at $50. You can apply the instant rewards points to your product purchase in the same transaction or save it for a later date.

If you were part of My Healthy Rewards, you have automatically been migrated to LE Rewards BASIC. We have made changes to our program that allow you to earn more points with Life Extension for future purchases through the LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS and PREMIER ELITE programs. With the PREMIER programs, there are multiple new ways to accumulate points. And we have three options of LE Rewards to best fit your needs and earning goals.

No. To downgrade to a different tier, you will need to cancel your current tier and sign up again for the new tier.

You earn a certain number of points on every purchase of a Life Extension supplement or lab test depending on your LE Rewards tier. The LE Rewards BASIC Tier earns 2 points back per $1 spent, while PREMIER PLUS earns 3 points per $1 spent, and PREMIER ELITE earns 4 points per $1 spent. Plus, with LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS and ELITE programs, you will have the opportunity to earn more through simple activities that are available on your personalized rewards page.

No. Only purchases through Life Extension’s website, catalog, customer service line and Ft. Lauderdale Life Extension Health & Wellness Market are eligible for rewards.

Good news! Your LE Reward points will NEVER expire.

Yes. Any rewards you previously earned will be converted to the equivalent point amount on the LE Rewards dashboard and the value of those will remain the same.

Simply apply your rewards at checkout as a payment method to redeem your points.

No. Because your points on your purchase are only applied to your account once your order has shipped, you can only use the points earned from your current order toward a future Life Extension purchase.

When you sign up for LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS, you earn a 2,000-point ($20) instant sign-up credit. When you sign up for LE Rewards PREMIER ELITE, you earn a 5,000-point ($50) instant sign-up credit.

Our easy-to-use LE Rewards dashboard keeps track of all of your points earned from either qualifying purchases or participating in activities. You can find your point balance at the top of your dashboard as well as on your My Life Extension Page, Account Options page, and at checkout.

When your order is shipped and your method of payment is charged, you will see the reward points earned for that transaction in your account. If you have participated in point-earning activities, please allow up to an hour for new points to populate in your account for use on purchases.

No. Points earned from LE Rewards can only be redeemed for qualifying purchases from Life Extension.

Upon returning an item, if you applied any rewards points to your order, they will be deposited back into your account. If you earned reward points on that order, it will be deducted from your account.

Auto-Renew is a convenient option for auto-renewal of your LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS or LE Rewards PREMIER ELITE program. This option ensures you receive full access to the PREMIER program with no interruption in service. Additionally, by opting into Auto-Renew, upon your renewal date, you will receive an additional $5 (500 points) bonus for PREMIER PLUS, or an additional $10 (1,000 points) for PREMIER ELITE.

You will be charged for Auto-Renew on the day your LE Rewards subscription is due to expire. You’ll be notified via email five days before your card is charged. Your renewal date is also available on both your “Account Options” and “My Life Extension” pages. Note that upon being charged for Auto-Renew, your product credit will be applied to your account instantly.

Make sure to select “Yes” for Auto-Renewal at checkout when LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS or LE Rewards PREMIER ELITE is in your cart. You can also set your program to Auto-Renew on your “Account Options” page under the Subscriptions tab at any time.

For LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS, 500 points ($5) will be instantly applied to your account once you’ve completed your Auto-Renew purchase. For LE Rewards PREMIER ELITE, 1,000 points ($10) will be instantly applied to your account once you’ve completed your Auto-Renew purchase.

When logged into your account, go to “Account Options” and click on “LE Rewards Subscription” to cancel your Auto-Renew enrollment.

No. You will still be enrolled in LE Rewards PREMIER PLUS, or LE Rewards PREMIER ELITE until your subscription expires. However, to remain in either program after your subscription expiration date, you will have to manually re-enroll. You will have the option to enroll before your term ends or after that term ends. Your new subscription date will be either the start of the date of your previous subscription if you re-enroll early, or the date that you re-enrolled after the expiration date of the current subscription.

If you cancel Auto-Renew before it expires, we will debit the bonus on a pro-rated basis. (Up to $5 or 500 points for PREMIER PLUS and up to $10 [1,000 points] for PREMIER ELITE.)
