Where do I go to get my blood drawn? Is there a facility close to me?

We contract with Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) to perform all of our blood draws at no extra charge to you. Not available in Maryland. Simply click the following link to locate the Patient Service Center closest to you. (Residents of New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island will receive a blood draw kit due to state law and additional draw fees may apply.)

Can I order these blood tests if I reside outside of the United States?

No, unfortunately we can only offer these blood tests to anyone residing in the continental US.

Who orders these blood tests for me?

Life Extension/National Diagnostics, Inc. contracts with physicians who will order your tests, but will not diagnose or treat you. It is highly recommended that you show your physician or healthcare professional your blood test results.

Will I receive a script for these blood tests?

You will receive a LabCorp “Patient Service Center request form” in the mail (USPS First Class) which you will take with you for the blood draw. (Residents of New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island will receive a blood draw kit due to state law and additional draw fees may apply.) These requisition forms or kits usually arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of order.

How long is my blood test order good for?

Your requisition form for the blood draw is good for 6 months from the date of order.

How will I get my results and how long will it take?

Results will be mailed to you via USPS First Class mail by Life Extension/National Diagnostics, Inc. Results usually arrive within 10-14 business days from the date of the blood draw.

Who can interpret the results for me?

When you receive your results you will be given the information necessary to contact one of the knowledgeable physicians at Life Extension if you would like for them to review your results as a complimentary service. Many people also choose to speak with their own personal physicians.

Can’t I just go to my own doctor to have him order these tests for me?

We have contracted a very low price on these tests through our partnership with LabCorp.

Can I submit the cost of these blood tests to my insurance company for payment?

This blood test service is for informational purposes only and no specific medical advice, ICD-9 codes, or CPT codes will be provided. When you purchase a blood test from Life Extension/National Diagnostics, Inc. you are doing so with the understanding that you are privately paying for these tests. There will be absolutely no billing to Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.
