In the article by Suzanne Harris, JD of The Law Loft (1), you'll find complete documentation which proves that the World Trade Organization (WTO) has the legal authority to force the United States (and all countries) to harmonize their domestic vitamin laws to a grossly restrictive international standard. This is no longer a matter of conjecture.
You'll see HARD EVIDENCE that Codex is following the same path as the European Union (EU) in developing SEVERELY RESTRICTIVE potency levels for vitamins, minerals and all other dietary supplements. (10 mg for Vitamin B-6, 40 mg/ day for Riboflavin, 17 mg/day for Niacin, etc. They're working with the World Health Organization (WHO) to do this. WHO has a comments deadline of December 10th on Nutrient Risk Assessment (2)

ANH will be filing comments that we can all get behind, but NEEDS URGENT DONATIONS for a PR Campaign to accompany their submission - otherwise we won't be able to apply ANY pressure on WHO which will just IGNORE their submission and go with the recommendations of the National Academy of Sciences, the EU's counterpart, and the English Expert Group on Vitamins and Minerals.
The fraudulent agenda of these three groups has been exposed by Alan Gaby MD in his article Safe Upper Levels for Nutritional Supplements- One Giant Step Backward (3)
WHY WE NEED REGULAR MONTHLY DONATIONS
Suzanne Harris, JD of the Law Loft needs donations to assist in writing a BOOK about CODEX that is BADLY NEEDED to awaken the sleeping dietary supplement industry, alternative practitioners and consumers in order to trigger the global PR campaign necessary to kill ratification of the Codex vitamin standard next July in Rome. Harris is the world’s foremost legal expert on Codex- see (1) below.
Harris needs backing to hire legal experts and coordinate an assessment of our legal options against FDA which has been violating current US law in their action at Codex meetings..
ANH needs donations for their all important lawsuit to overturn the EU Food Supplement Directive, a law which is scheduled to severly restrict access to dietary supplements in the EU next year. We’ve documented the connection between the EU FSD and CODEX. (1)
