How Young Blood May Cure Cancer

The Life Extension Foundation^® has donated $800,000 to the South Florida Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant Institute to fund a research project where activated immune cells from young people will be transfused into cancer patients with the objective of achieving a remission, complete response, or cure.

The delay in moving forward with this project is that not enough young people have come forward to donate their blood.

There is a provision for compensation to be paid to donors for time and travel.
