Bi-EST 2.5 Cream contains bioidentical estradiol (E2) and estriol (E3), which are forms of estrogen. The hormones in Bi-EST are identical to those made by the body.

Each pump provides 0.5 mg estradiol and 2 mg estriol, resulting in 2.5 mg total estrogens. Estradiol is the primary estrogen produced by the ovaries, which regulates the menstrual cycle and supports bone density, mood and cardiovascular health. Estriol binds more weakly to estrogen receptors than estradiol, and has tissue-specific effects that benefit bone, skin and urogenital tissue.

Bi-EST is enhanced with methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), shea butter, coconut oil, aloe vera and lecithin, and is free of parabens, phenoxyethanol and sulfates.
