These two plant flavonoids have many health benefits, but traditional forms are hard to absorb. So we’ve combined both quercetin and fisetin with galactomannan fibers from fenugreek seeds. Doing so preserves these nutrients through your digestive system, allowing them to circulate: Bio-Fisetin is up to 25 times more bioavailable than unformulated fisetin, and Bio-Quercetin achieves serum levels up to 62 times higher than unformulated quercetin.
